We are a fully private pay office. We do not accept insurance. We can however provide a superbill. This document can be submitted to your insurance provider, if your plan has out of network benefit coverage. It includes the funds spent and the relevant coding, alongside our provider information. This helps carriers expedite claims and reimburse as they deem appropriate for out of network providers directly to you.

Accepted Payment Methods:
Accepted payment methods include cash, major credit cards, Apple Cash, Zelle, and check. Credit and debit card payments are subject to a processing fee of 3.15% of the transaction amount + $0.30 per successful charge, equal to the amount charged by the payment processor. This fee is not retained by the practice and reflects the cost of card processing. The fee will be clearly disclosed prior to payment and listed separately on all receipts.
Alternative Payment Methods:
Alternative payment methods, including Zelle, Apple Cash, cash and and check, may be used to avoid this fee when available. When using alternative payment methods, clients agree not to include any clinical or treatment-related information in payment descriptions or memos.
Everyone can benefit from therapy, therefore we reserve some appointment times for those who have financial hardships and cannot afford full self pay rates. We can also provide referrals to other lower fee services in your area. Sliding scale clients may enjoy services at the reduced rate for a period of 3-6 months as determined together during the intake session.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session. Please contact us for any additional questions you may have.
